Fill a large stock pot with water and bring to a boil. Bring up corners of cloth and tie with string to form a bag. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Ladle the hot chili sauce into hot jars leaving 1 2 inch headspace. Apply band until fit is fingertip tight.
Process jars in a boiling water canner for 20 minutes adjusting for altitude. Whisk all ingredients well in a medium bowl. Remove air bubbles and adjust headspace if necessary by adding hot sauce. Wipe rims put lids and screw rings on. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 hours or till desired thickness has been reached.
