Drain the chicken reserving the marinade. Serve the chicken topped with garlic sauce and herb oil. Squeeze garlic cloves from papery skins. Place chicken into a 20x30cm baking dish and splash both sides with white wine. Grill for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Set half of sauce aside to brush onto chicken during grilling. Mix them in a bowl with the marinade. In a shallow dish filled with a mixture of garlic lemon juice oil and parsley roll the chicken quarters to coat them. During the same time grill the shallots for 2 3 minutes per side. Meanwhile place butter and milk in a large frypan and heat over medium heat until warm.
Set the broiling rack about 7 inches from the heat. Step 3 arrange chicken on the baking pan and coat with the butter mixture reserving some of the mixture for basting. Grill for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Change oven setting to broil 375 degrees f 190 degrees c. Add chicken and turn to coat.

Stir in the flour and cheese. Allow the garlic to cool. I teased the recipe a few days ago and by popular demand i wrote it up fast so you can now make it.
