Place in a shallow baking pan. Cut each rack of ribs in half and add to the slow cooker. Remove inner skin from ribs. In a small bowl mix together the barbecue sauce brown sugar apple cider vinegar oregano worcestershire chili powder and salt. Turn over and brown another.
Place your ribs on the bowl of a 6 qt slow cooker bowl pour the sauce all over to evenly coat and let the slow cooker do all the cooking for you. Remove ribs from slow cooker. Mix brown sugar salt pepper liquid smoke and garlic. Spray the crock of the crock pot with cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup. Spray inside of 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Gently transfer the ribs. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until tender about 4 hours. Directions preheat oven to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c. Cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until tender. Rub mixture into ribs.
