You can make this 7 layer dip up to 12 hours ahead and refrigerate it until ready to serve. In a bowl mix together the refried beans half of the package of taco seasoning the salsa and 3 tablespoons of the sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
Sour cream mixed with cream cheese and taco seasoning guacamole. Snip the end and squeeze over the sour cream in each party cup. Tap the cups gently to settle the salsa into an even layer. In a 13 x 9 casserole dish or similarly sized party dish spread the following layers taking care not to mix them. Spread an even layer of sour cream over the guacamole.
