Using a rolling pin roll. In 10 inch skillet melt butter over medium heat to coat inside of skillet. My latest favorite are these handheld french toast roll ups which are a fun new way to serve french toast to kids. Dip each roll into egg mixture and place in skillet. In a small microwave safe bowl melt 3 tablespoons butter until just melted.

Whisk together the eggs milk granulated sugar vanilla cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl until completely combined. Roll the bread into a cylinder around the cream cheese filling. Heat 4 tablespoons butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 3 arrange the rolls in a dish cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours. Brush melted butter around the outside of each cylinder and roll the cylinders in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Dip into cinnamon sugar and roll until completely covered.
