In a large bowl combine the cake mix water oil and eggs at low speed until moistened. Directions step 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. Beat for 2 minutes at highest speed. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees f for 50 60 minutes.

Pour heavy whipping cream or as pictured above the dairy free coconut mixture all over the top of the rhubarb cake. Using a silicone spatula fold 3 4 of the rhubarb into the batter. Instructions spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray. Or until the center of the cake is set. Sprinkle the rhubarb over the mixture in the baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Press 1 2 of the oat mixture. Transfer the batter into the baking pan even out the surface with the spatula place the remaining 1 4 of the rhubarb on top of the batter press it. Directions mix flour and sugar together add rhubarb tossing well. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the sugar followed by dry jello mix.

Sprinkle the sugar over top of the rhubarb. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream if desired. Because easy rhubarb cake is dense and moist and it doesn t really need any garnishment. Pour water over the dish and then drizzle melted butter. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 baking dish.
