Cover and cook on high heat for 2 3 hours. Add corn cheddar cheese butter and jalapeno pepper. Add the cream cheese next i used the boxed cream cheese which makes it easy to cut into cubes and put on top. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees f. 1 4 cup butter cubed.
Cook the corn mixture stirring regularly until the sauce is smooth and the ingredients are hot about 10 minutes. Place corn into a slow cooker. 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir in milk honey salt and pepper until evenly combined. Stir until well combined. Stir in milk sugar and pepper until well combined. I like to use frozen corn for this crock pot jalapeno creamed corn.
A smaller 4 quart crock pot works well for this recipe but you could use a larger one. To the slow cooker add the corn. In a slow cooker combine corn cream cheese butter milk and sugar. 2 packages 16 ounces each frozen corn. Without stirring top with butter and cream cheese.

Cook on high for about 2 to 4 hours or on low for 4 to 6 stirring every so often to ensure that the corn is perfectly mixed. Add the drained corn to the slow cooker.
