Brush insides of pears with 2 tablespoons melted. While the pears are baking combine the remaining honey cinnamon and vanilla with pecans. Brush halves generously with butter. Slice the pears in half and gently scoop out the seeds. Spoon the mixture in the cavity of the pears and on the top of the pears if the cavities can t hold anymore filling.
Bake for 15 minutes. In a small bowl combine half the honey with half the cinnamon and half the vanilla. Bake for 30 minutes until soft and turning brown. Preheat your oven to 175 c 350 f. Finally drizzle the honey evenly over the pears.

Ripened pears are peeled cored and sprinkled with sugar cinnamon and cardamom then wrapped in puff pastry brushed with egg wash and baked to golden brown perfection. Place fresh pear halves in baking dish or pie pan. Top with your choice of coconut yogurt coconut butter almond butter granola or nuts. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
