Place a deep large skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat. Add the cabbage broth salt if desired and pepper. Once tender drizzle the mustard vinaigrette over the skillet starting with just half of the prepared amount. To help the cabbage soften add a few tablespoons of water to create steam within the pot or skillet. Top with fresh gated parmesan cheese and parsley. Saute for about 5 6 minutes to render fat and lightly brown the edges of kielbasa slices. Add the sliced onion to the pan and saute for another 3 minutes until it has softened.

Cook for another 5 10 minutes or until cabbage is wilted and browned on the edges.
