Divide mixture between 2 1 gal zip top plastic freezer bags. 1 12 ounce container frozen orange juice concentrate thawed 1 12 ounce container frozen lemonade concentrate thawed 2 cups brandy 6 cups water. In a 1 gallon plastic ice cream pail or other container combine remaining 5 cups water sweetened tea both frozen. Stir together remaining 7 cups boiling water and 2 cups sugar in a dutch oven stirring until sugar is dissolved. Than add the 4 bags of black tea. Add the sugar juices and brandy. Mix both mixtures together and put in a 5 quart container.
