The salmon was 2 5 lbs and the amount of liquid was just right. Baked salmon in foil so many ways to love thee. Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Sprinkle salmon with 2 teaspoons olive oil salt and pepper. Using a brush or spoon brush the salmon with the garlic butter sauce.
Place the salmon filet in a piece of foil large enough to fold over and seal. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Serve immediately garnished with parsley if desired.
